About This Role
As a Senior Manager in our Digital & Technology Practice, you will lead complex technology transformation initiatives and shape client success in an evolving digital landscape.
Base Pay Range: $152,000 - $190,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
What You Will Work On
- Lead client delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution of technology transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Advise on IT strategy and operating models, shaping modernization roadmaps across infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.
- Drive and expand senior-level client relationships; serve as a key contact for Data, Analytics & AI initiatives and partner with account teams to grow the practice.
- Oversee major programs including cloud migration, technology rationalization, and advanced analytics enablement for leading organizations.
- Develop thought leadership and methodologies that position RGP as a leader in digital transformation and technology advisory.
- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning within the consulting team.
- Partner with practice leadership to innovate, build internal capability, and support strategic growth initiatives, including business development and talent acquisition.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in consulting and/or senior roles within financial services or technology-enabled environments.
- Experience in technology strategy and digital transformation, IT operations, cloud, and data platform modernization, and advanced analytics and AI enablement.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream engagements and delivering client impact across geographies.
- Ability to engage senior executives and articulate technology concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of financial services technology domains such as capital markets, commercial and retail banking, and payments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, distributed teams and fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ability to travel as client needs require.
