About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst with experience in product cost accounting and manufacturing finance to support a large-scale medical manufacturing facility in Holdrege, Nebraska. This is a hands-on role supporting product costing, cost analysis, and financial reporting within a complex manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has experience working with product costs, standard costs, manufacturing variances, and cost analysis. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred, although candidates with strong product costing experience using another major ERP, such as Oracle, will also be considered.
What You Will Work On
- Support product costing and standard cost processes
- Analyze product costs, manufacturing costs, and cost variances
- Assist with standard cost updates and cost rollups
- Review material, labor, and overhead costs
- Analyze manufacturing variances and identify cost drivers
- Support month-end close and related cost accounting activities
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams on costing questions
- Prepare cost analysis and financial reporting for management
- Research and resolve costing and ERP-related issues
- Maintain accurate costing data and documentation
What You Will Bring
- Experience in product costing, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance
- Understanding of standard costs, variances, and cost drivers
- Experience analyzing material, labor, and overhead costs
- Experience supporting month-end close in a manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Experience with a major ERP system; SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred
- Oracle or another major ERP will be considered with strong product costing experience
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with plant and corporate teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
