As part of our Consulting community, you’ll collaborate with leading organizations to modernize accounting functions through automation, data optimization, and technology integration. What You Will Work On

  • Partner with clients to streamline accounting workflows leveraging automation tools, AI solutions, and advanced analytics.
  • Support or lead system transformation efforts, including ERP integrations, process redesign, and reporting enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain high-value operational accounting deliverables across close, consolidation, and reporting cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize practices and improve data integrity and insight delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the finance function’s ability to scale and adapt in a digital environment.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong foundation in operational and technical accounting, with experience across GL close, reconciliations, consolidation, or financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience integrating automation, AI, or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or custom scripting) into accounting workflows.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency — comfortable with complex formulas, modeling, and automation logic.
  • Background with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar).
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with precision in hands-on, fast-paced environments.
  • Consulting mindset — adaptability, collaborative approach, and interest in varied project-based opportunities across industries.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, life sciences, fintech, or manufacturing environments — ideally supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation-focused organizations.
  • Desire to join a community of consulting professionals who value flexibility, project diversity, and meaningful client impact.

What You Can Expect

  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $80hr.
