About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Master Data Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, and governance of customer master data across multiple enterprise systems, including SAP and Reltio. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer information, including contact details, billing and shipping addresses, tax data, and other key master data attributes.
The ideal candidate will have strong data management and analytical skills, with experience performing data validation, cleansing, and enrichment activities to maintain high-quality records and eliminate duplicates. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will resolve data-related issues, support business processes, and contribute to data governance initiatives.
What You Will Work On
• Creating and managing master customer records through aggregated data
• Unifying and managing all your customer data into a single, centralized repository
• Providing a 360-degree view of each customer, including their demographics, purchase history, interactions with your brand, and more
What You Will Bring
• Approximately 3-5 years previous work experience in Customer Master Data
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. accounting, finance, administration)
• Experience in working with large teams across various locations
• English Proficient
