About This Role
We are seeking experienced consultants to support client engagements focused on applying artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation to complex business and financial challenges. Successful candidates will combine strong technical capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities for automation, improve decision-making, and deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions that create measurable business value.
This role may involve building predictive analytics solutions, developing intelligent assistants, automating finance and operational workflows, and transforming large volumes of structured business data into actionable insights.
W2 Hourly Rate: $75-$95/hr DOE
What You Will Work On
AI Solutions & Advanced Analytics
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions that support critical business functions, including financial planning, operational performance monitoring, reporting, and decision support.
- Apply machine learning, statistical analysis, and data science techniques to uncover patterns, identify risks, and generate business insights.
- Create scalable analytical solutions that improve forecasting, monitoring, and performance measurement capabilities.
Intelligent Process Automation
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring finance and operational activities, including reporting, reconciliations, planning processes, and business inquiries.
- Partner with stakeholders to reimagine traditional workflows using emerging AI technologies.
Agentic AI & Digital Assistants
- Build intelligent assistants, copilots, or agent-based solutions capable of retrieving information, supporting user requests, and orchestrating multi-step business processes.
- Leverage large language models and workflow frameworks to improve the accessibility and usability of enterprise data.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and production-ready solutions that enhance employee productivity and self-service capabilities.
Data & Platform Enablement
- Work with enterprise data sources to prepare, transform, and organize information for analytics and AI initiatives.
- Develop and optimize data logic, integrations, and data pipelines that support business intelligence and automation solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology leaders to understand business objectives and identify high-value use cases.
- Translate technical findings into clear recommendations, presentations, and business-focused deliverables.
- Facilitate discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout solution design and implementation.
What You Will Bring
- Experience delivering AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong programming capabilities, particularly in Python and related analytics ecosystems.
- Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills with experience working in complex data environments.
- Experience developing predictive, analytical, or decision-support solutions using structured business data.
- Experience automating finance, accounting, FP&A, reporting, or operational business processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and modern AI tooling.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise workflows to drive efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
