About This Role

We are seeking a curious, adaptable, and tech-forward AI Enablement Consultant to support our Chief AI Officer in accelerating AI adoption and transformation across the organization. This is a unique early-career opportunity for someone who thinks natively in AI tools, embraces ambiguity, and is energized by working at the forefront of how organizations are reimagining the way they work.

The ideal candidate brings a fresh perspective unconstrained by legacy ways of working, an instinct for using AI tools to solve real problems, and the drive to proactively manage priorities, synthesize information, and turn ideas into action. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting both internal AI enablement initiatives and select external client-facing work.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to build meaningful AI credentials early in their career, working directly alongside a senior leader shaping how the organization approaches AI transformation.

This is a fully remote role; candidates based in the EST zone are preferred.

Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $85,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation

What You Will Work On

  • Support the Chief AI Officer in day-to-day priorities, serving as a proactive right hand in coordinating workstreams, managing information flow, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Research, synthesize, and distill information on AI trends, tools, and organizational transformation practices into clear, actionable deliverables
  • Conduct interviews and gather insights from internal and external stakeholders to support AI strategy development and benchmarking
  • Leverage AI tools, including large language models and other emerging technologies, to accelerate your own work and serve as an internal resource on AI tool adoption
  • Support the development of presentations, frameworks, and other materials that communicate AI strategy and progress to internal audiences
  • Contribute to select external client-facing AI enablement initiatives as needed
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve how the team operates, bringing new tools, processes, or ideas to the table

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply
  • Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its practical applications in a business context
  • Comfort and fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, with a willingness to continuously explore and adopt new technologies
  • Strong research, writing, and synthesis skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, structured outputs
  • A proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver with minimal oversight
  • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability — open to learning new subject matter quickly and approaching challenges without preconceived notions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the maturity to work alongside senior leadership

What You Can Expect

  • An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
  • Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market and operational factors.
  • Total Rewards based on eligibility include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).
