Larissa Conley serves as RGP’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She partners with RGP’s executive leadership team and business leaders to build a people experience that supports the company’s strategic priorities, strengthens organizational performance, and enables employees and consultants to do their best work.
Larissa brings more than 25 years of Human Resources experience across professional services, staffing, consulting, and other complex organizations. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change, leading Human Resources through acquisitions, organizational evolution, and periods of significant business growth. She is known as a strategic business partner and trusted executive advisor who aligns people strategies with business priorities.
She is passionate about developing strong leaders, leveraging technology to enable scale, and creating people-first, high-performing cultures where individuals and teams can thrive. Larissa currently serves in nonprofit and advisory board roles.
