About This Role
We are seeking experienced Accounting & Finance consultants for client engagements in the Charlotte, NC area. Opportunities may be hybrid or fully onsite, depending on the client and project requirements.
These consulting engagements are ideal for professionals who can quickly step into a new environment, assess business needs, and provide hands-on expertise across accounting and finance functions.
What You Will Work On
- General accounting, month-end and year-end close, and financial reporting
- Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting operations
- Cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
- FP&A and financial modeling
- Internal controls, SOX, audit support, and compliance
- ERP implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
- Revenue and technical accounting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
- Finance transformation and special projects
- Other accounting and finance initiatives based on client needs
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, depending on the assignment
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more accounting or finance disciplines
- Ability to quickly adapt to new organizations, systems, and processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification is a plus
- Ability to work hybrid or fully onsite in Charlotte, NC
