About This Role
What You Will Work On
• Support the establishment and assessment of wave readiness, including key dependencies, risks and entry criteria.
• Conduct gap analysis, where required, and support the definition of actions to close identified gaps.
• Work closely with other GPO teams and relevant support functions to establish cross-functional requirements and dependencies.
• Help identify and resolve O2C-related ERP implementation blockers, escalating key issues where appropriate.
• Provide O2C subject matter expertise to establish clear interlocks with the broader GBS transformation agenda, operating model and strategic priorities
