Lamba will lead RGP’s technology vision and execution, advancing a unified digital ecosystem that supports the firm’s integrated model across Consulting and On-Demand. His mandate extends beyond traditional IT, focusing on simplifying how employees engage with technology, strengthening operational performance, and enabling seamless, high-impact experiences for clients.
Lamba will play a critical role in connecting systems, data, and workflows across the business, bringing greater clarity, speed, and scalability to how services are delivered. His leadership will help the firm unlock the full value of advanced technologies, including AI and intelligent automation, to better support clients navigating complex transformation.

Lamba joins RGP with more than two decades of experience spanning innovation, product engineering, enterprise transformation, and global technology delivery. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, modernizing complex environments, and translating emerging technologies into practical business impacts.

Prior to joining RGP, Lamba served as Senior Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group, where he led global teams to define product strategies, develop technology roadmaps, and deliver large-scale systems. Earlier in his career, he led product strategy at Oracle and advised leading organizations across industries while at Publicis Sapient.
Lamba holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master of Engineering from the University of Maryland.
