About This Role

Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As Program Manager, you will work on diverse range of projects. Through relevant experience you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our client’s unique environment.

What You Will Work On

KEY DELIVERABLES
  1. Lead the PMO function for large-scale global S2P/P2P/O2C transformation programmes.
  2. Establish programme governance frameworks, delivery standards, reporting structures, and quality controls.
  3. Define and maintain integrated programme plans, deployment roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, and milestone tracking.
  4. Lead governance forums including Steering Committees, Programme Boards, and executive stakeholder meetings.
  5. Own programme reporting, RAID management, dependency management, financial tracking, and portfolio governance.
  6. Partner with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Business Process Owners (BPOs), Procurement leadership, Finance leadership, IT, and external implementation partners.
  7. Support the design and implementation of standardized Source-to-Pay operating models and global business processes.
  8. Drive process harmonization and global deployment across multiple countries and regions.
  9. Provide leadership during ERP-enabled transformation programmes involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar enterprise procurement platforms.
  10. Ensure alignment across business process, technology, data, change management, testing, and deployment workstreams.
  11. Establish programme KPIs, governance metrics, and performance dashboards to measure programme health and business outcomes.
  12. Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive escalation.

What You Will Bring

Required Experience

  1. Extensive experience leading PMO functions for global (S2P/P2P/O2C) operating model transformation programmes involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or equivalent ERP/procurement platforms.
  2. Proven experience supporting the establishment or transformation of (GBS/SSC/CoE/BPO) organizations.
  3. Strong understanding of programme governance, portfolio management, financial management, and executive reporting.
  4. Experience driving business process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement.
  5. Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
