Role Overview

The Senior Product & Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the rollout and adoption of a global Supply Chain Performance & Operational Excellence programme across the EMEA region. The programme has established a standardised performance measurement framework, including 19 core operational and customer service KPIs supported by reporting tools and dashboards.

The successful candidate will lead the regional deployment of the framework across approximately 30 Distribution Centres (DCs), ensuring consistent adoption of new ways of working, embedding data-driven decision making, and acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and Data & Analytics teams.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring a blend of programme management, product ownership, business analysis, and change management expertise.

What You Will Work On

Programme Management
• Lead the mobilisation and delivery of the EMEA rollout of the global Performance & Operational Excellence programme.
• Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, milestones, governance, and reporting cadence.
• Establish programme governance frameworks and facilitate regular steering and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor programme progress through effective RAID management and reporting.
• Influence regional stakeholders to adopt new performance management standards and ways of working.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation across multiple countries and Distribution Centres.

Product Management
• Own the regional deployment of the DELIVER performance framework for designated Supply Chain and Customer Service KPIs.
• Ensure KPI definitions, reporting standards, and capabilities are consistently implemented across the region.
• Act as the bridge between business functions and Data & Analytics teams to prioritise and deliver reporting enhancements, dashboard development, automation, and data capabilities.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with technical delivery teams.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements before release.
• Promote the use of dashboards and analytics by demonstrating practical business insights and value.

Change Management
• Develop and execute the regional change management strategy supporting adoption across approximately 30 EMEA Distribution Centres.
• Drive behavioural and cultural change towards data-driven performance management.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and develop targeted communication, engagement, and training plans.
• Establish super-user networks and champion communities to support adoption.
• Embed new performance management processes into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics, business benefits, and continuous improvement opportunities.

What You Will Bring

Essential
• Significant experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics Supply Chain environments.
• Strong understanding of operational and Customer Service performance management and associated KPIs, including:
o Service Performance
o On-Time Delivery / Shipment
o Inventory Performance
o Sales Returns
o Customer Resolution Time
o Operational Efficiency measures
• Experience delivering regional or global business transformation programmes involving analytics, reporting, or performance management.
• Strong programme and project management experience, including planning, governance, milestone tracking, and RAID management.
• Proven experience leading organisational change and driving adoption across multiple business functions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories for technical delivery teams.
• Experience working closely with Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or technology teams to deliver reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the credibility to influence senior leadership, including Director and Senior Director level stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Desirable
• Experience working within global or regional Centres of Excellence.
• Knowledge of Product Management methodologies, Agile delivery, and backlog management.
• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BW, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
• Certification in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP), Agile, Scrum, or Change Management (Prosci, APMG) would be advantageous.
