About This Role

As a Payroll Consultant (Payroll Transformation), you will mainly be responsible for supporting and driving payroll transformation initiatives across the organization improving payroll processes, ensuring accurate payroll execution, and supporting migration or transition projects.

What You Will Work On

  • Document and maintain end-to-end payroll processes
  • Execute and support accurate payroll processing
  • Serve as payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support payroll transformation and migration projects
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit requirements
  • Strengthen internal controls using audit knowledge
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams
  • Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies
  • Assist in testing (UAT) and system implementations

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years Payroll process experience / exposure.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and payroll operations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience in process documentation and process improvement initiatives
  • Exposure to payroll transformation or migration projects (e.g., system implementation, transitions, or outsourcing)
  • Ability to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll-related topics
  • Background in audit, with knowledge of internal controls and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
