As we continue to grow our technical team in Australia, we have an opportunity for a Tester to join the organization. The Tester is responsible for performing testing on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with the development team at RGP to maintain a high level of quality in the product. Requirements Design, develop and maintain the testing environment, testing framework, test plan, regression test suites and test cases in accordance with changing requirements Support writing of automation test scripts Design, develop and maintain tools and libraries Full life-cycle library and application development Conduct various tests such as Manual, Automated, Functional, Exploratory and Cross-Platform Testing Support, maintenance and documentation of software functionality Conduct system integration tests with external systems and generate test reports Collaborate with the development team to establish Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines Ensure proper documentation of test results for review and sign-off Champion and drive product quality and QE practices Perform other duties as required Focus on both automation and manual testing activities Good understanding of manual testing within the SDLC Ability to work with minimal supervision and commit to agreed deliverables and schedules Experience in automation testing tools/frameworks Implement best practices to enhance team performance and maintain pace with current technological changes and developments 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow automation testing, including ITSM, with preference for exposure to other ServiceNow modules or custom applications Qualifications and Skills A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Possess good interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of integrations Ability to take ownership and deliver as per requirements Able to work closely with the development team and the business Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
