As we continue to grow our Functional Consulting team in Singapore, we have an opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant to join the organization. The Senior Functional Consultant is required to lead and influence customers, gain a deep understanding of their business problems, and, through technical analysis, recommend solutions. The role is an expert in business processes and the ServiceNow platform, and is capable of delivering advice confidently when required. The consultant will work closely with the pre-sales team and be involved in delivering documentation through all stages of a project’s lifecycle. Requirements Lead the design and deployment of best-practice process solutions that achieve desired customer business outcomes and value Design, build, and deploy business outcome-driven solutions focused on processes that solve customer problems, are repeatable, accelerate value, and follow best practices and standards Translate business requirements into functional specifications/user stories Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams Work with minimal oversight; deliverables and relationships are managed through periodic reviews Responsible for obtaining approvals from business users for user stories Ensure compliance with developed user stories Identify areas of business process improvement and recommend solutions outlining pros, cons, and risks Manage and communicate business process and requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations Influence clients in adopting ServiceNow functional capabilities and improving business processes Develop and improve documentation such as process flow diagrams, responsibilities, workshop agendas, presentations, and gap analysis reports Collaborate in the creation, deployment, and maintenance of process best practices and standards Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices Professional Qualifications and Education Requirements 5+ years of experience leading definition and deployment of “to-be” business process solutions in internal or client environments across people, process, and technology Strong experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and workshop facilitation Experience with at least three full ITBM/ITSM/ITOM/HR/GRC implementations Strong understanding of ServiceNow and the Enterprise Product Suite Certified System Administrator certification desirable ServiceNow accreditations in IT Service Management and/or other product lines desirable Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude with ability to work in culturally diverse environments Good team player and team builder ITIL Practitioner or Service Manager certification preferred Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT and TOGAF is beneficial
