About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Vista Viewpoint Business Analyst to support, administer, and continuously enhance the Vista Viewpoint ERP platform. This role serves as a key point of contact for system support, security, and optimization, ensuring the platform operates efficiently and aligns with business needs. You will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve system utilization, and drive ongoing process improvements.

The compensation for this role is up to $70/hr.

What you will work on

  • Administer and support the Vista ERP system, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
  • Manage user access, role-based security, and licensing, including provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects in a timely manner
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, accounting, and operations to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Lead or support system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and post-go-live optimization efforts
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and effective usage
  • Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation during implementations or upgrades
  • Contribute to ERP-related initiatives, including integration efforts tied to organizational growth

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience in ERP analysis, systems support, or a related function
  • Hands-on experience with Vista by Viewpoint (required), including core modules such as HR, PR, JC, JB, SM, and VA
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, data structures, workflows, and security models
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a structured, analytical approach
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
