The Solution
Our Global Project Manager identified program milestones to align with enterprise initiatives while simultaneously supporting the execution of the IFRS program. We developed a rollout schedule for the new work process in each region for all project issues and risks associated with the rollout. In addition, the Project Manager reviewed and managed forecasted and actual costs from work stream leaders, reconciled financial information, and presented final financial reports.

Our Impact
RGP successfully managed the implementation of IFRS 17 standards. The work can now be leveraged for both IFRS 15 and 16.
