The Challenge
To improve development and service management processes, the Client sought support in creating a responsibility checklist, mentorship program, and training modules for technology leaders. The initiative involved reviewing applicable policies and procedures, focusing on inspection, enforcement, and upskilling. RGP delivered a comprehensive responsibility checklist and self-assessment tool for technology leaders, linked to practice areas and standards. The final deliverable included recommendations for implementing automated inspection and enforcement mechanisms. RGP also supported the development of a mentorship program and training modules across various practice areas for technology leaders.

What We Did
RGP deployed a team of subject matter experts to review the repository of policies and standards, identifying responsibilities for technology leaders and developing a comprehensive checklist across practice areas. The team created a custom assessment tool to evaluate adherence to these responsibilities, producing performance reports with metrics across systems, leaders, and business units. Using the checklist framework, RGP developed training modules for technology leaders and supported a mentorship program that offered personalized training to help technology leaders improve their skills and adherence to responsibilities.
