The Challenge
The Client aimed to enhance release and change management (RCM) processes by developing data-driven insights to reduce risk during large-scale software releases. They sought a dynamic platform to socialize key metrics with executive leadership, provide observability into reporting capabilities, and improve application risk insights. What We Did
