I am a consulting professional and strategic leader with 24 years of experience in the consulting industry. I possess a proven track record in building and nurturing strategic client relationships, including those with FTSE 100 and Fortune Global clients. I specialize in managing large-scale, complex, technology-enabled business transformations and have held senior leadership positions throughout my career.

Since 2020, I have been a proud member of the RGP Global Leadership Team, where I play a pivotal role in driving the sales and delivery of profitable revenue across Europe, Asia Pacific, and key global strategic client segments, including North America. My leadership is focused on ensuring excellence in both client relationships and business outcomes.

Background

Tell us a little bit about your career journey before joining RGP.

I worked with clients including Lloyds Banking Group (Mortgages Divestment), Vodafone (CRM Transformation), the RPA (Rural Payments agency), the DWP (Department of Work and Pensions), and Sainsburys Bank (Mortgages Divestment).

Education

I received my Bachelor’s in engineering with first-class honors from the University of Mumbai, India, followed by a Master’s in Management from the Lancaster Management School, UK.

Recently, I completed my Global C-Suite Program at the Wharton School.

Goals and Inspirations

What inspires you?

Collaborating with a diverse, global team, each with unique cultures, practices, and strengths, yet united by a common goal, drives me daily. The opportunities for learning and innovation are truly one-of-a-kind.

What is a goal you have your eyes set on?

Achieving double-digit growth within my business unit, focusing on increasing contributions from Europe and APAC to account for at least 25% of our global revenue.

What does success in your role look like?

Executing and delivering on our growth strategy over the next 12-24 months is critical for me and my team.

A Day in the Life

What was your best day at work at RGP?

My best day at RGP was when we signed a multi-million, multi-year project consulting deal with an FTSE 100 client. This culminated almost six months of focused effort across our teams (solution design, commercial modeling, capability acquisition, mobilization, and negotiations). The client wanted to centralize their transformation delivery approach across global initiatives and accelerate benefits realization using a structured yet agile approach. We were up against very tough competition and beat them all to secure the deal.

The three key differentiators that enabled our win were:
1. Client centricity—staying close and relevant to our clients trying to interpret and refine their requirements continuously;
2. Teamwork—committed support from all the teams (sales, consulting, talent, finance, and operations) in getting things across the finish line;
3. Value Realization—Our recommended solution and approach were both commercially competitive and focused on creating Value for the client’s teams.

What accomplishment makes you most proud since joining RGP?

Since joining RGP, I’ve successfully excelled in numerous roles, driven by the trust and support I’ve earned from senior leadership and my teams.

Human-First

At RGP, we bring a human-first approach. What does that mean to you?

At RGP, we lead with a human-first approach. What does this mean to you? How do RGP’s values (Loyalty, Integrity, Focus, Enthusiasm, Accountability, and Talent) shape your work style and approach to your role?

For me, our human-first approach extends beyond our people to every stakeholder we engage with—vendors, clients, employees, and consultants. We operate as one team, and as a leader, I take full accountability for my decisions, regardless of the outcome. My leadership style is rooted in practicing what I preach. Along with embracing our core values, practicing humility helps me stay a better learner and more relevant.

YOU beyond RGP

How do you spend your time outside of work?

I read (as I find time) and spend time with the family. But when we get some summer (in the UK!), I can be seen in the cricket nets coaching my boys.

Name three words that describe you.

These are more how my teams describe me: visionary, trailblazer, passionate.

What charities or social causes are you passionate about?

I am very passionate about learning and supporting tech enabled initiatives that make a positive difference to the society ; specifically solutions that can scale mass education in developing economies.
