The task seemed daunting with drivers spanning across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Supplier Management, Accounts Payables, and Audit departments. Moreover, there was apprehension within the organization regarding user acceptance and supplier engagement, hindering the rapid adoption of IT solutions.
