The Challenge
A global technology / AI company was challenged with complying with both ASC 842 and IFRS 16 lease standards including data decentralization, resource constraints, technology, quality and completeness. RGP engaged with CoStar to help them achieve compliance as well as apply best practices to their Real Estate Manager system configuration and day two processes to better manage their lease portfolio.
