In what’s becoming an increasingly complex cybersecurity arms race, California’s Consumer Privacy Protection Act (CCPA) is today more far-reaching than any other state’s data protection laws and has even been compared to Europe’s stringent General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in its breadth and scope.
