Founded in 1996, RGP was born from the idea of helping finance executives satisfy operational needs created by gaps in the workforce.

Our first-to-market, agile model disrupted the professional services industry at a time when traditional talent models prevailed.

Passage of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act fueled our growth in those early days, as we mobilized teams to help clients with development, testing and remediation of internal controls systems. Word spread quickly of our ability to seamlessly integrate into a company’s culture while effecting transformative business change, and we soon found ourselves supporting IT, HR, Legal and Supply Chain executives.

Since then we've been successful in offering experienced teams to help our clients with their operational needs and special projects created by workforce gaps. And today, we continue that legacy by providing the expertise that empowers business innovators to Dare to Work Differently™.
