A new CHRO at the company identified a compliance issue that could have had bet-the-company negative consequences across its employee base and feared they could lose over 50% of their workforce.

When the stakes couldn’t be higher, RGP rapidly developed a successful strategy to help our Client address a sensitive compliance issue, while not jeopardizing the stability of its existing workforce.

What We Did

  • Designed and executed a scalable plan that if not handled carefully or discretely could have jeopardized the stability of the entire workforce.
  • Conducted 2,000 sensitive face-to-face interviews with regional employees within a tight timeframe.
  • Met with employees and managers across hundreds of stores to train and mitigate a huge attrition risk.
  • Created digital archive of the process and catalogued all required employment documentation.
