RGP CEO Kate Duchene has been named to the SIA Staffing North America 100 list for a second consecutive year.
Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), a global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, established the annual list in 2011 to honor outstanding leaders who have made significant contributions in the staffing industry. This year’s list is comprised of professionals who navigated the uncertainties of 2021 and are charting a course into the future of workforce solutions.
SIA recognized Kate for her leadership in bringing more choice and transparency to professional workers seeking flexible opportunities, including the launch of RGP’s digital staffing platform, HUGO.
RGP has grown its professional staffing and project consulting businesses under Kate’s leadership, reaching its highest revenues in 10 years during consecutive quarters in Q1 and Q2 FY22.
SIA also recently named Kate to the SIA Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list for 2021 and ranked RGP #9 among the largest Finance/Accounting staffing firms in the U.S.
