Button Text

As the founder of Countsy, I have led the business for over a decade, overseeing all facets of its growth and operations. My leadership spans sales, service delivery, customer success, marketing, recruitment, and employee retention. At the heart of my role is ensuring the long-term growth and scalability of the company. This requires an ongoing reassessment of our go-to-market strategies, service delivery models, client engagement, and the careful selection of target clients aligned with our expertise.

Background

Tell us a little bit about your career journey before joining RGP.

I have had the opportunity to work across multiple countries and industries throughout my career. My journey started in the publishing industry in England, then led me to the financial services industry in Australia, and eventually to the technology sector in the United States. Since arriving in Silicon Valley, I have focused exclusively on consulting, working with early-stage technology and life science companies. I previously served as the Northern California Market Leader for Accretive Solutions, where I launched the Countsy business and brand. When RGP acquired Accretive Solutions in 2017, the Countsy business transitioned as part of that acquisition, marking the next chapter in my career with RGP.

Education

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a graduate of GMIT in Ireland. Following graduation, I completed my professional exams in London, further advancing my expertise in accounting and finance.
