The Challenge

A Beijing-based multilateral development bank faced challenges in managing staff privileges granted by the Philippines government, relying on siloed systems with delayed updates for regulatory changes to official documents and complex, fragmented business processes.

What We Did

The Veracity solution involved innovating and consolidating business processes into a single platform, allowing the organization processing officers to modify document templates easily using ServiceNow’s user-friendly tools. Integrations with upstream and downstream systems were established, along with a centralized employee document management repository for seamless data sharing. Automation of data validation and notifications throughout the request lifecycle was incorporated, and real-time monitoring of process performance became possible through dashboards.
