The Challenge
Our client, a global pharmaceuticals organisation, embarked on a new product launch. The commercial success of an innovative product was dependent on complex governance of the supply chain and manufacturing infrastructure. RGP provided functional expertise and hands-on experience for multiple phases of the project.

What We Did
- RGP first optimised the complete end-to-end global business chain for the clinical model. The team focused intensely on the Order-to-Cash processes needed to launch this product commercially.
- Serving as the primary team of support for the client’s Supply Chain commercialisation and the SAP product system Hypercare phase, RGP’s team of Project Managers and SAP Superusers were making strategic decisions contributing to a successful launch.
- To prepare for the ambiguity and scalability concerns associated with commercialisation, RGP’s Lean Process Improvement and Change Management SME led a cross-functional process and value stream mapping project to reduce bottlenecks and increase capacity to meet demand.
