In preparing to move their corporate headquarters, our Client’s general counsel needed to maintain legal workflow continuity, ensure proper knowledge capture and transfer, plan for succession and manage significant organizational changes.
What We Did
Assessed the workflows of our Client’s Legal, Internal Audit and Compliance departments, using RGP’s Legal Operations Framework and standard project management methodology to:

- Align the departments’ workflows with the company’s best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Examine resourcing strategies.
- Model opportunities for organizational development to evolve to a desired future state.
