RGP Germany acquires digital human capital platform, expertence.com

Global consulting firm, RGP has acquired Munich-based online provider, expertence. Founded in 2016, expertence has built a network of more than 3,500 freelance consultants, as well as interim and project managers from nearly every industry vertical and corporate function.

expertence founder Uwe Sunkel will lead RGP Germany’s operational business and will be responsible for expanding the company’s digital platform and further developing its existing business relationships.

With this strategic acquisition, RGP is now able to offer a full range of project and management consulting services in the German market. In addition, RGP continues to offer C-suite interim and program management under the taskforce brand.

RGP Germany’s management team includes Jens Christophers, Kristin Gölkel and Helge Lautenbach.
