How to Use This Scorecard

This self-assessment helps you evaluate your organization's procurement maturity across five key categories. Each category contains five descriptive statements. For each statement, select the level that best reflects your current capabilities.

The scorecard uses a five-point scale, from 1 (poor procurement capabilities) to 5 (excellent procurement capabilities). If you're unsure, choose the lowest level that fully applies. There are no right or wrong answers—just insights to guide your procurement transformation.
